Preschool Portraits FAQ Will there be a retake day? At this time, there is not a retake day scheduled. If anything changes, your school will notify you of the retake date. Why can I see tape on the floor or part of the backdrop missing? Because these are Proofs, you may see some of these things in the proofing images. Though once the images are purchased, they will go through a Final Edit to fix these things before the image is printed or made available to Download. Why do I have to pay shipping now? If you see that the pricing has changed and you are being requested to enter shipping information, this means the deadline to order for the bulk delivery to the school has passed. Can I see the image without the Watermark on it? Since I am a small business and digital art is a large portion of how I support my family, I will not remove watermarks unless the image is purchased. The watermarks are placed in a way that the essence of the image can be determined from the proof and the decision of whether to purchase or not can be made with the watermark. Digital sales are final and nonrefundable. When will I receive my Printed order? If you order before the Expiration date on your gallery, the images will be delivered to your school office within 2 weeks of that expiration date.
